Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkesy ("pkesy", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkesy website located at https://pkesy.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the pkesy platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

7. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Each User may hold only one Account on the pkesy platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkesy employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including date of birth, full legal name or residential address — may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to appropriate authorities.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkesy operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with applicable compliance requirements. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Services:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or other official document dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front of card, screenshot of e-wallet, bank account confirmation)
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance obligations

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of outstanding balances pending resolution.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkesy will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure that meets minimum withdrawal thresholds will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform at the time of the transaction. All deposits must originate from accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section.

pkesy references payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational context only. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change. None of the referenced payment providers endorse pkesy or are affiliated with this platform.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. pkesy reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.

Processing times vary by payment method. pkesy aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party payment provider timelines, compliance reviews or banking procedures.

5.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other supported currencies as displayed in your Account settings. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions involve currency exchange. The applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting pkesy support to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of these Terms. pkesy reserves the right to suspend Accounts, withhold balances and pursue recovery of funds in respect of fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Wagering Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pkesy platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type, as published within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Bets are not accepted from, or on behalf of, any individual who possesses insider knowledge regarding the event or market on which the bet is placed. pkesy reserves the right to void any wager where insider information is suspected.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, software malfunctions or system failures — pkesy reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. "Manifest error" means an obvious and bona fide mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as such.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on pkesy cover a range of events including cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments and international fixtures), football, UFC and other sports. Pre-match and in-play betting options are available subject to market availability. Bet settlement is based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body.

6.4 Casino and Instant Games

Casino games and instant games are provided by third-party game providers and are governed by the rules specific to each game. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers. pkesy does not influence game outcomes, which are determined by certified random number generators.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds conditions and expiry date will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals and Account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Coordinating with other users to exploit bonus structures (collusion)
• Placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse in the context of bonus wagering)
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

pkesy reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that bonuses already accepted by a User and actively being wagered will not be retrospectively altered to the User's material detriment.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using the pkesy platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or verification information
• Registering or operating more than one Account
• Accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of crime
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to access or interact with the platform
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards pkesy staff or other users
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or as part of any commercial betting syndicate without prior written authorisation

Responsible Gambling

pkesy is committed to promoting responsible gambling. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge the following obligations and rights in relation to responsible gambling:

• You accept that gambling carries financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome.
• You agree to make use of responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion — if your gambling behaviour gives you cause for concern.
• You acknowledge that pkesy may, at its discretion, impose responsible gambling controls on your Account if your usage patterns suggest harmful gambling behaviour.
• You understand that self-exclusion requests, once processed, are binding for the duration chosen and that attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account are a breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the pkesy platform — including but not limited to the pkesy name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data feeds, odds compilations and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of pkesy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or transmit any Content without prior written permission
• Use pkesy's name, logo or branding in any context without authorisation
• Scrape, harvest or otherwise extract data from the platform using automated means
• Create derivative works based on any Content from the platform

Any unauthorised use of pkesy's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkesy, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

pkesy does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time for maintenance, regulatory or other reasons.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pkesy's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

pkesy reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a communication to the email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version of these Terms was published. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkesy is incorporated or licensed, excluding any conflict-of-law provisions that would require the application of another jurisdiction's laws.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact pkesy's support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction where those rights cannot be contractually waived.
